HEY!

jus had chalet frm 5-7. SO FUN LA OMG. but could be more fun tho. i shall do the chalet post another time. hahaha damn damn busy now. still hvta think of what happened then den i shall post one. haha. could be a few days, not sure.

err today was a damn busy day. the most stressful one i've had too, maybe. haha now i realise why ppl feel like committing suicide over work. its so damn stressful la. even though im working only as a temp and doing part time. but the thing is even tho im doing temp and part time im still doing wad perm staff are doing. so yea. screw m1. hahaha. but stil i feel for working adults. poor ppl. esp those wif family :X stressful like anything la! i will try to help out as much as i can at home now and not make unneccassry trble for my dear dear parents :D

ok here's wad happened. work up so damn tired tis mrng. 8 plus i think. den aft chionging like siao at home, chionged again to the shop at paragon. its the big shop fyi. those whr they had info booth, 15 counters jus for phone purchase and another arnd 10 counters for customer service. u noe u noe.. haha.

ok so i arrived dere early. 10 when its supposed to be at 10.30 . they gave me a super small shirt. wth. hahaha. den they started a meeting. didn noe it was a meeting at first. hahaha. i was standing at the side till one of the snr staff asked me to sit down. lol. eh yea thruout the whle meeting, my first was really cool. hahaha there was a mirror in front and i had the most flabberghasted face i had ever seen. lol. i knew no shit abt wad he was saying. haha. and i still thought i would after awhle.

wakao their expectations are damn high. firstly i knew nothing abt their shop operations. secondly im a loyal singtel customer and i hate m1. bottomline : i knew nothing abt m1 stuff at all. haha and thirdly, i jus got my phone early this yr so it is impossible for me to chnge my phone any time soon thus i know nothing abt phones too. so how would i even noe how to promote stuff to customers. LOL. i read abit on their plans and a few "Hot" phones before i came tho. and guess wad. the phones were either out of stock or obselete. -.- and the plans had to link to wad i was supposed to do at all. HAHA. such a loser man, me. oh and i wonder when m1 came out wif their broadband service. Like wth la, dur the meeting the manager was like telling us there were no more stock fr dno wad PC card and stuff for their broadband. LOL i still thought broadand was some kind of plan or sth. -.- anyway i jus found out today that, m1 HAS BROADBAND INTERNET SERVICE. good gracious me. haha gta read up on it soon i guess.

so i thot everything would still be okay aft awhle. it was. till aft lunch break. made a super big boo-boo la! dno how now. lol bet i left them a super bad impression :X was supposed to sell this guy the Chat EZ prepaid card. ended up giving him 2 Super M cards -.- but lucky both were at the same price. so i jus chnged the records to Super M without him knowing. ah sorry! den the same thing right aft this one to a foreigner. heng ah if not for this customer i wouldn have realised i did the same for the previous one. had to trble the snr staff to help me transfer and everything. den i managed to convince him to take up the Super M one only aft she trasferred. :X so she had to transfer it back again. haha. damn man i create mre trble only. i tink she was rly pissed. haha peak hr and i had to do tt. wad nonsense. and the last part was tt i helped some guy deregister aft he told me customer service referred him to me. haha super pai seh. bet i left a super bad impression la. on my first day in my first job smemre. LOL

ehh ok i whiled the final few hours bef i knocked off. super damn tired now. rather fulfilling day tho knowing tt i jus earned my first few bucks :D

ahh why mus things always be kept frm me. i really value openness. i rather hear the bad news than be kept in the dark. i hate tt la. i dun like probing too but no choice rite. bleah.
