happy new year to all!

finally woke up not long ago.

honestly, 6-1 '02 rocks my socks la! dno why i always have the feeling that the moment we all get warmed up, its just fun fun fun all the way. and last nite/tis mrng was perfect proof. really didn expect that strong of a bond to exist btwn one another even tho it has already been so long. or maybe i shld say bonds that still stay existent btwn a grp of people. coz sadly to say a majority of ppl have alrd faded away and what we do now, they may not be used to seeing. but anw, im still rly glad that our 5th cls outing was rly successful, despite ky not hitting his target of 15 ppl. HAHA. but so what if only the same few ppl came, it was still as fun as ever what! a pity a few had some other commitments so they couldn join us. nvm im sure theres gna be another one and another one and another one definitely.. :D aww im rly proud of 6-1 '02. haha seriously i dun tink there's any cls out there who can still stay tgt aft such a long time. exactly 4 years to be precise. BE ENVIOUS! hahaha.. i blv we can stay tgt even aft a few yrs later. i hope.

oh when i met them dere were jf ky mj gj viv celes limin and jf at that time.

had sth to do bef i could meet them at tamp mrt. so i met dem quite awhle aft at the marina bay bowling alley. i walked dere. haha took me arnd half an hr jus to reach tt place. and i didn even noe how to walk dere. so i jus followed the route 400 went. haha reached dere anw in the end. reached dere and i didn noe wad was happening. but most prolly we walked out of the bowling alley coz the price per game is most likely too expensive. went to arcade aftwards. arnd 8 of us surrounded arnd the "spot-the-difference" machine. whoo we tried 2 games and made the highscore for both! power kids. hahaha. 8 heads think better than one.

searched for a steamboat restaurant aft tt. most of them were fully booked alrd. so we jus went to one whr mj said he had a gd experience there. $12. the price was okay but the food didn match up to it. aww.. but it was okay la. didn have steamboat for quite a long time alrd so.. was quite fun to see styrofoam jus melting away. lol. i practically jus ate meat all the way. the drinks were damn expensive too. the price of one bottle of 1.5L coke was such that u could buy like 3 bottles in any NTUC stores. cool. tink gj got quite pissed too. he requestd for a chnge of aluminium foil but they jus ignored him. but his mood chnged immediately aft they chnged the sheet. haha. food was average. ah the whle ting was jus average to below-average. oh den xh and wy joined halfway. that stupid aunty was so sharp and calculative la. came right aft and asked for them to pay. wad an ass. lol.

ehh there was quite some time bef midnite so we went to the bowling centre jus beside to spend the time. the rate was $3 per game so we jus decided to go bowl. quite a lot of time left anw. how to hook wif a hse ball?! so gay. haha. oh ml and jy joined aftwards.

anw aft we finished bowling it was like an hr away only. and we walked out to the busstop. haha. the whe bus was alrd packed. the whle busstop was packed to the max too. tink we stoned at the kerb for quite awhle too. didn noe wad to noe. a walk to the mrt station frm dere would take arnd an hr. and obv dere wasn enuf time. dere was technically no mode of transport out of that "island". there was a steady stream of ppl walking across a park too. but the thing was, we didn follow the crowd. mj wanted to be the crowd. lol. so whle hundreds of ppl rushed across the park, we jus strolled along the perimeter of the park. and we were obv getting no whr. haha. aft awhle the place we were at was alomst deserted so we jus cut thru thick grass, thick frog-infested grass. and we came to the middle of the park. quite a lot of ppl dere. we had no idea whr we were going too. mj said to jus follow The Oriental and we would be fine. but the thing was, we were on the other end of the singapore river. lol. so we wandered for awhle and came to some place underneath benjamin sheares bridge? and across the expressway dere were some faint lights so we decided to explore. and on the other side, it was a dead end la but there were at least 2 hundred plus ppl setting mats dere. and we spent the last 40 mins dere, crapping. haha and at exactly 11.58, most of the lights frm the hotels and buildings went off. and the fireworks jus started. 8 minutes plus of pure amazement. and i tink we got the best view too. the fireworks were just right above us. damn awesome. i took a vid but its of rather low quality considering my phone's camera sucks. haha gna get it frm xh aft wards.

aft tt we decided to jus walk to the mrt station and to esplanade. on the way dere were grps of ppl selling drinks they couldn finish. smart ppl. really innovation and enterprise. lol. took quite awhle jus to reach the mrt station. dno why but my phone seemed to be jammed. couldn send out any sms. all were rejected. sad.

got to marina bay mrt finally. took the train to city hall. xh jy ml and wy went off. so 9 of us left only. went inside esplanade. sat arnd the lobby dere. jus lazed arnd. didn do anything at all. lol. den gj left. and soon aft, viv jf and limin left too. jiafeng wanted to leave but couldn get a taxi. so he came back. and now dere were only me ky jf mj and celes. didn noe wad to do after that. so we jus thought of mac in marina sq. supposedly the nearest mac according to the guard. but the thing was that it wasn 24 hrs. so we jus walkewd all the way dere and realised it was closed. so we decided to walk to kallang mac. came across a Giant trolley on the way. wanted to push it all the way dre and take turns sitting inside. haha.

oh den outside citylink mall we met a drunkard and his fren. they were like asking whr the nearest 7-11 was. mj said inside citylink but he didn noe that it was closed. and aft awhle tt guy got pissed. so he confronted mj. haha mj talked back to him too and he got super pissed. if i could rmb correctly the convo was sth like tis.

drunkard: eh u tell me here got 7-11, now u tell me closed, how?
mj: how i noe the 7-11 closed, my fault uh?
drunkard: now wad?
mj: wad wad? if nth we go eat alrd.
drunkard: wad? u go eat for wad?
mj: ppl hungry eat lah
drunkard: (stares for awhle), eh not happy ah?
mj: wad not happy? u are the one whos not happy wad

and at that pt of time he was almost right in front of mj's face. me jf and ky stood and one side i tink. i was scared stiff. haha. first time got such thing sia! fun fun. lol. oh den aft.

drunkard: okay. u 4, come. come come come. come 4 take me.

LOL. thrilling. haha first time encounter. den ky snapped back and told him we aren't the fighing-type. and his fren was still sober and hes on our side so he jus motioned for us to walk away and ignore him. haha. interesting.

den on the way to kallang mac, most of wad we talked abt was our fighting expeirence. okay i mean fights tt happened in sch. lol. realised tms also has quite a lot of fights and trble. lol.

reached kallang mac at arnd 4 plus. bfast was almost rdy alrd. and the 5 of us jus talked. haha. rly surprisingly how we could jus keep on talking even aft how long we hvn seen each other. den waited fr the first bus fr quite long and reached hme arnd 7 plus.

that sort of sums up my new year. probably the most meaningful and most memorable one i will ever have. what a way to end 2006 and begin 2007. hope 2007 will be a rly good year for me. rly heng i went for tis outing. heh.

haha quite long post. lol. 6-1 gives me lots of thigns to say abt. lol.

hope my experience wif frens will chnge in 2007 too.
